Broadcasting Report

Gate Radio stores every audio file broadcasted, whether it is a Song, a Jingle, a Hour pip, an Other or a Spot in the broadcasting report.  The broadcasting report can be organized in much ways, which turns your work much easier.

First of all, to view the report you should specify when the report begins and ends. To do so, just click on the Report from button and select the report beginning date on the calendar that appeared. Gate Radio automatically sets the report ending day to the beginning day, though, if you want to change it click on the To button and select  the ending date on the calendar.

All the events appear organized by broadcasting date and hour (the later a file has been broadcasted the farer it is from the list head).  Though, it is also possible to organize the list by artist, record collection and music style, origin, songwriter, label and editor and record code. To organize the list in one of these ways just click on the column head of the column  that will define the list order.

You can also want to display only a few fields . As an example, you can display only the ABBA songs broadcasted by typing ABBA in the filter text box over the artist column. You can also do this for the style and origin columns. You can also combine two or even three filters. If I want to view all the National Slows, I type National over the origin column and Slows over the style column.

The stat button allows to count the number of  times a song has been broadcasted between two dates. This enables you to define the number of broadcastings in a better way.

The Export button will create an Excel file with your filters search.

The Print button allows you to print the result of your search.

The report is automatically purged (old fields are deleted) according to what you specified in Options - Preferences - Others. Fields are said as old according to the number of days you specified, between  10 and 100.
